About Crib Fit Guide

A model-by-model library grounded in source evidence.

The current library includes 127 current-reference crib families plus a separately assessed earlier Kendall W207150 version, for 128 model/version assessments. This finite evidence set is not a complete survey of the crib market. In the frozen 70-row Delta Children U.S. Cribs collection, 62 observed rows are resolved across 61 current-reference families plus one covered same-family listing row; 8 observed entries remain individually unresolved. Seven IKEA model families still need exact product images.

How we research a model

We keep catalogue identity, product facts, manual evidence, editorial reasoning and image records separate. Manufacturer descriptions are evidence of what the maker claims; the manual is the primary reference for assembly and stage limits. We do not infer an unknown specification from a nearby finish or model.

When a distinction is not established by the sources, it remains an explicit unknown rather than a favorable match. A color-only listing can share an assessment only after its model identity, configuration and instructions support that treatment.

What we do not claim

No crib has been assembled, occupied, measured in a room or tested by this editorial project. We do not claim ownership, customer experience, durability testing or personal expertise from hands-on use. Reviews are desk-research assessments, not laboratory results. We do not invent prices, stock, ratings, seller conditions or retail identifiers.

How the finder should be read

The finder compares documented facts in reviewed records. A result is not proof of compatibility, safe use, complete package contents or suitability for a particular child. Unknown information never satisfies an essential requirement. Check the precise SKU, instructions, mattress, room and current safety information yourself.

The model library is updated as exact products and source records are resolved. The counts above describe this evidence set; they do not promise market completeness, current availability or a completed safety evaluation.
