A useful fit for

A documented full-size crib family for households comparing a convertible full-size frame and an included-under-crib storage drawer, with a listed 57.25-inch width and several later conversion paths.

The main tradeoff

The standard crib mattress, toddler guardrail and adult-bed rail system are separate; the drawer's four fixed casters are not crib wheels, and exact manual/package parts must be checked against the W348150 label.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Which width answer first admits the Caden full-size crib frame?

Delta lists a 57.25-inch frame width. On the finder's half-inch grid, 57 inches excludes it and 57.5 inches is the first selectable ceiling that admits the dimension. This is not room, doorway, assembly or conversion clearance.

Does the Caden base product page establish an included standard crib mattress?

No. The standard crib mattress is listed separately. The manual's 27 1/4 by 51 5/8-inch minimum footprint and six-inch maximum thickness describe fit, not package inclusion.

Do the documented full-size crib arrangements have wheels?

No. The four fixed casters named in the instructions attach to the under-crib trundle drawer, not the crib frame. They do not satisfy a wheeled-crib arrangement requirement.

This is a source-based assessment of the Simmons Kids Caden W348150, not a hands-on review. The captured Delta Children U.S. Cribs row is product 7111536083144. Its selector/data identify Rustic Mist W348150-1373 (UPC 080213112967), Aged Oak W348150-845 (080213135591), and Rustic Grey W348150-084 (080213112998). Delta's longer page description still says “Rustic Acorn,” while its exact selector names code 845 “Aged Oak.” That naming conflict is not proof of an extra current variant; verify the exact SKU, finish label and manual at the offer. The three observed finishes share one model identity and no documented functional or dimensional difference was found.

Six setups, one reconfigured furniture system

Delta presents a full-size crib, toddler bed, daybed, sofa and two adult full-size-bed arrangements—one with headboard and footboard, the other headboard-only. These are sequential conversions, not six sleeping surfaces in use at once. The included trundle drawer is storage beneath the crib, not a baby sleep surface. The product page describes the daybed rail and trundle as included, but no physical retail carton or seller bundle was inspected; do not count pictured hardware, bedding or a mattress as package proof.

The later stages have real parts dependencies. The product page and linked instructions identify toddler guardrail style W100726, while the adult-bed route uses style 330750 rails. Delta's separate 330750 listing warns that the rails are not universal and instructs buyers to check the exact crib assembly manual. Conversion-rail part numbers vary across the linked booklets: C lists 44017, D lists 45978, and E lists 46458; the A/B parts presentation uses its own Part G reference. Match the booklet to the style/lot label on the crib itself before sourcing a rail. The headboard-only option appears in Delta's product description, but the exact parts for a particular unit still need confirmation from its supplied instructions. The accessory page's finish labels are separate from the crib SKUs: verify a color-matched W100726 or 330750 only after compatibility is established.

Measure the frame, not just the room label

Delta lists the assembled Caden at 57.25 inches wide, 46.5 high and 30 deep, with product weight 86 pounds. The selectable width finder moves in half-inch steps: a 57-inch ceiling excludes this frame, and 57.5 is the first answer that admits its listed width. That is a comparison of the crib dimension, not the space needed to bring it through a doorway, assemble it, open nearby storage or convert it later. The listed carton is 43.3 by 5.6 by 60.1 inches and 99.2 pounds; check the delivery route and handling plan independently rather than treating carton dimensions as doorway clearance.

Three exact-finish manufacturer photos show the crib and under-crib drawer. The instructions identify its four fixed casters as trundle-drawer hardware—not crib-frame wheels. Staged mattresses, toys and room props are not package evidence.

Mattress fit and operating limits

The standard crib mattress is sold separately. Caden Booklets A through E specify a mattress at least 27 1/4 by 51 5/8 inches, with thickness no greater than 6 inches. Those are fit limits, not a claim that any mattress is in the box. Delta lists three mattress-support positions; the instructions say to lower the support when a child can pull to standing and to keep the front rail at least three inches above the mattress when the support is at its highest position. Stop using the crib when a child begins climbing out or reaches 35 inches in height, whichever comes first. The toddler-bed instructions set a minimum age of 15 months and maximum user weight of 50 pounds, and include entrapment warnings. Follow the exact crib and conversion instructions rather than treating the marketing stage count as an operating rule.

Manual editions and package checks

The manufacturer page links five W348150 booklets: A/41840 (R0, March 24, 2021), B/42739 (R0, October 28, 2021), C/44028 (R1, April 28, 2024), D/45980 (R0, December 13, 2024) and E/46464 (R0, May 13, 2024; copyright 2025 on its cover). Their core crib mattress, support, stop-use, toddler-bed age/weight and style 330750 warnings agree, while parts lists and revision identifiers are not interchangeable. The physical edition accompanying any particular unit is unknown. Check its label, lot and booklet before ordering conversion parts, especially on a used or open-box crib. Delta's published wood, emissions-certification and testing statements are manufacturer claims; no independent material or performance testing was conducted for this assessment.

A narrow SaferProducts.gov keyword query for W348150 returned an empty response. That is not a full recall search or a clearance for a specific model, lot, serial number or used unit. Inspect the actual product and use the maker's current recall/help resources before relying on a safety determination.

Who should compare the Caden?

Caden is a documented candidate when the desired setup is a full-size crib with an under-crib storage drawer and the space can accommodate a listed 57.25-inch frame. It is a poor match if a standard crib mattress included in the base offer or documented crib-frame wheels are essential. Treat the six-in-one label as a sequence of conversions, budget/verify separate mattress and rails, resolve the exact manual-to-part bridge and confirm the seller's carton contents. The assessment reports published evidence only; it does not claim assembly, ownership, personal measurement, child use, physical testing or customer experience.
