Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Does Emma meet a 56.5-inch full-size crib-frame width ceiling while preserving the later full-size crib stage?
Delta lists both captured 327150 finishes at 56.5 inches wide. On the finder's half-inch grid, a 56-inch ceiling excludes Emma and 56.5 inches is the first selectable ceiling that admits the full-size crib. This is the frame dimension only, not room, doorway, setup or conversion clearance.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the standalone Emma package establish an included standard-size crib mattress?
No. The exact product page offers a No Mattress choice and separate mattress options, and states that a standard-size crib mattress is sold separately. The linked booklet gives a minimum 27 1/4 by 51 5/8-inch mattress footprint and maximum 6-inch thickness; those fit limits are not bundle evidence.
Explore this need in the finder →Which Emma parts and instruction details should be checked before a later conversion?
The 26213 R4 booklet says Style 180125 is the available toddler guardrail, limits toddler-bed use to age 15 months and older and 50 pounds maximum, and requires separate Style 0050 rails for a full-size bed. Delta's page calls the daybed rail included, but a specific seller carton was not inspected. The generic booklet leaves its style/lot blank, so compare it with the label on the exact crib before assembly or conversion.
Explore this need in the finder →The Emma is a conventional full-size crib with a taller decorative headboard and a longer list of potential furniture stages than its footprint alone suggests. The two Emma versions in the frozen Delta Children U.S. collection row are Natural Sandstone (327150-1544) and Bianca White (327150-130). Delta’s product data identifies them under one product record and gives separate variant IDs and UPCs; the two selected pages list the same 56.5-by-30.25-by-47.25-inch dimensions. No functional difference between these finishes is established here.
Read the conversion count as a claim, not a parts list
There is an inconsistency worth resolving before comparing the “Crib 'N' More” name with another conversion system: Delta’s product URL and the linked 26213 R4 booklet use “4-in-1,” while a feature panel on the product page says “6-in-1.” The product details name a crib, toddler bed, daybed and full-size bed. The manual’s illustration describes the low-rail furniture arrangement as a daybed or loveseat sofa, rather than identifying two further independent kits. For a cautious comparison, count the four named furniture arrangements and treat the six-in-one badge as unexplained marketing copy.
These are sequential arrangements, not simultaneous functions or an automatic age-based transition schedule. A full-size crib arrangement is documented, and the same system can later be reassembled as a toddler bed, daybed/sofa or full-size adult bed. It does not document a bassinet, mini crib, midi crib or a wheeled crib arrangement in the reviewed material. The name’s long horizon should not be mistaken for every stage being supplied in the same carton.
Space planning: the frame is the limiting number
Delta lists the assembled Emma at 56.50 inches wide, 47.25 inches high and 30.25 inches deep, with a listed weight of 75 pounds. A 56-inch maximum in the finder rejects it; 56.5 inches is the first selectable half-inch width ceiling that admits it. That test uses the maker’s outside frame width only. It does not reserve clearance for walls, baseboards, a doorway, carrying the cartons, assembly, access to the crib or later conversion work. Measure those spaces separately, including the larger adult-bed setup if that is part of the plan.
This is not a narrow-footprint choice simply because it converts. If a room or access path imposes a strict sub-56.5-inch product-width limit, the Emma does not meet that width requirement even though some later furniture pieces may be removed. The two observed finish records share the listed dimensions, so changing from Natural Sandstone to Bianca White does not improve the stated fit.
Mattress and support details are separate from styling
The product page presents a “No Mattress” option and separate mattress selections; it also says the standard-size crib mattress is sold separately. The linked instructions specify a mattress at least 27 1/4 by 51 5/8 inches and no thicker than 6 inches. Those numbers are fit limits, not proof that a seller’s bundle contains a mattress. A staged photo with bedding cannot answer that package question either.
The crib has a three-position metal mattress support. In the highest position, the booklet says the front rail must remain at least three inches above the mattress surface; lower the support if that condition is not met. It instructs lowering the mattress when the child can pull to standing and stopping crib use when the child begins to climb out or reaches 35 inches, whichever comes first. Those are model instructions, not a substitute for the exact booklet supplied with the crib.
Later stages come with distinct checks
For the toddler-bed arrangement, the manual identifies Style 180125 as the available guardrail. Delta’s page lists a toddler guardrail as a separate selection. The manual also gives a minimum age of 15 months and maximum user weight of 50 pounds for toddler-bed use, and requires the stabilizer/conversion rail shown in its instructions. Do not infer from a product photo that any of those pieces is in an open-box or third-party offer.
Delta describes the daybed rail as included, and the linked booklet says not to use the daybed/loveseat-sofa arrangement without the conversion rail installed. The source does not bridge the booklet’s generic rail/part references to a specific retail carton, and no box was inspected. Ask for the exact part list and match the rail with the selected Emma SKU and manual. For an adult full-size bed, the booklet calls for separate Style 0050 conversion rails; the main crib listing does not establish that those bed rails are included. A conversion claim is useful only if the compatible parts can be identified and obtained for the exact unit.
Assembly, source limits and fit verdict
The page links Booklet A&B 26213, revision R4 dated June 11, 2021. Its Style and Lot fields are blank, and the instructions tell the assembler to compare the booklet information with the label on the physical crib. That is a meaningful limitation for a used, older or incomplete unit: check the crib label and the supplied instructions before ordering parts or assembling it. The manual calls for adult assembly, includes a supplied Allen wrench and says not to use a power screwdriver. No physical Emma, carton, assembly, durability test or fit measurement was examined for this assessment.
Delta attributes GREENGUARD Gold and JPMA/CPSC/ASTM statements to the product. Those are manufacturer claims, not results independently tested here. A narrow 327150 name-code query on SaferProducts.gov returned an empty list; that does not establish a comprehensive recall screen or clearance for a particular crib. Current retailer availability, price and the condition of a used unit are not determined by the manufacturer page snapshot.
The Emma is worth shortlisting when a full-size crib start and later full-size crib stage matter, a 56.5-inch frame width fits the measured product limit, and the buyer is prepared to verify the mattress and conversion hardware separately. It is a poor fit for a strict width cap below 56.5 inches, an essential included-mattress requirement, a wheeled-crib requirement or a purchase that depends on unverified parts being present. Before ordering, match the exact 327150 finish code, confirm the mattress and rail package in writing, and compare the physical label with the actual booklet.
