Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
What listed-width and later-stage conditions admit the older W207150-1545?
Its exact old page lists 30 inches of width and 55 inches of depth. With earlier models enabled, a full-size-first/later-full-size setup and a 30-inch width ceiling include this record; a 29.5-inch ceiling does not. The depth remains a separate footprint dimension.
Explore this need in the finder →Does this older model's base crib page establish an included mattress?
No. Delta describes the standard-size crib mattress as sold separately. A mattress-included requirement should not be relaxed based on a staged photo or a used listing without an exact package check.
Explore this need in the finder →Do the older and current Kendall conversion parts share the same identifiers?
The captured W207150-1545 page and its linked booklet agree on W100826 and 330750, while the current W207650 Teak page names W100825 and 0050. Select earlier models only when that older version is intended, and match the physical label and instructions.
Explore this need in the finder →What should be checked on an older or used offer?
Confirm the W207150 style and lot label, supplied booklet, guardrail and bed rails, plus the condition and completeness of the exact frame. Delta's captured older page says no longer available; this assessment does not assert current resale stock.

This is the older labeled configuration
This assessment is for the exact Antique White W207150-1545 Kendall page, not for the current Teak Brown W207650-1526 version. Delta’s separate older product-data record identifies W207150-1545 and UPC 080213165451; its captured product page says the product is no longer available. That is a statement about the manufacturer page at the time checked, not a claim that no resale offer exists. Keep the SKU and label visible when comparing an older or used crib: a Kendall name alone does not identify the frame or its conversion hardware.
The older page lists a 30-inch width, 42.75-inch height, and 55-inch depth, with a product weight of 54.67 pounds. This is the manufacturer’s own axis labeling for W207150-1545. It is not the same wording as the current Teak page, which labels its 55-by-42.75-by-30-inch frame as 55 inches wide. The footprints share those two horizontal dimensions, but a label-axis swap matters to a finder that asks specifically for listed width. The 30-inch width should not be read as a 30-by-30-inch space requirement: the page lists 55 inches in depth. Check both room directions and actual access space.
Six arrangements are successive, not simultaneous
Delta describes this Kendall as a full-size crib that can later become a toddler bed, daybed, sofa, or a full-size bed with or without a footboard. These are separate arrangements made by changing the frame; the six-in-one name does not mean every rail is supplied. The older Antique White page names toddler guardrail W100826 and full-size bed rails 330750 as separate parts, and says the daybed/sofa rail is included. The same exact model page lists a standard-size crib mattress sold separately.
For this old W207150 version, the linked Booklet A provides a more internally consistent conversion cross-check than it does for the current Teak page: its conversion instructions identify W100826 and 330750, matching the older page’s part numbers. The manual cover is printed as 46155-W207150(A)-R1, dated March 18, 2025, with blank style, lot, and date fields to be checked against the physical crib label. Even when a paper’s model family matches, use the copy and parts identified for the actual label and lot; a manual link is not proof that a secondhand carton contains every rail or fastener.
Mattress fit and height changes
The linked instructions document three mattress-support positions. They say the highest setting is for a newborn only and the support should be moved down as the child grows; when the child can pull to standing, the support belongs at the lowest position. The manual’s toddler-bed warnings set a minimum age of 15 months and maximum user weight of 50 pounds. They require a full-size crib mattress at least 51 5/8 inches long and 27 1/4 inches wide, with maximum thickness of 6 inches. Delta states the standard crib mattress is sold separately, so do not count it as included when interpreting a frame-only or used listing.
The width figure also needs context. It is the older page’s labeled width for the assembled crib, while the 55-inch depth remains another side of the footprint. Neither figure is extra room clearance, the width of the delivery route, or the work area needed to convert the crib. The manual’s mattress and toddler-bed limits apply only when the exact frame and supplied parts align with that documented version.
Limitations that matter more on a used model
Delta’s old page and manual are useful for identifying the model and the manufacturer-described setups, but they do not establish the condition, history, repair status, or completeness of any particular used crib. Check the permanent product label and lot, compare it with the instruction cover, inspect for missing or damaged parts, and verify current safety notices for the specific unit. Do not accept W100825 or 0050 merely because those identifiers appear on the newer Teak model; the older Antique version is documented with W100826 and 330750. If the label or manual does not agree, pause the conversion plan and ask Delta for a model-specific parts confirmation.
Delta’s page calls the product Baby Safety Alliance Verified and describes materials and paint in broad safety terms. Those remain manufacturer claims here; this review did not independently test materials, emissions, construction, assembly, or durability. No current stock, price, resale availability, customer experience, or hands-on condition is asserted. The older W207150 review is an identification and fit reference for a real earlier configuration, not a promise that it is available or a recommendation to buy a particular used unit.
