Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Does Zoe start as a standard full-size crib and include a full-size crib stage in the same system?
Yes. Delta identifies a full-size crib start and later toddler, daybed/sofa and headboard-only full-size bed configurations. The latter furniture modes require a new setup; they are not simultaneous crib arrangements.
Explore this need in the finder →What maximum full-size width should I allow for the reviewed Zoe crib-and-changer arrangement?
Delta lists 72.75 inches of assembled width. The finder uses half-inch ceilings: 72.5 inches excludes Zoe and 73 inches is the first selectable ceiling that admits the listed width. Measure your room, access path and conversion workspace separately.
Explore this need in the finder →Is the standard-size crib mattress included with the base Zoe purchase?
No. Delta states that the standard crib mattress is sold separately, although its product page offers a separate mattress selection. The page-linked booklet specifies a minimum 27.25 by 51.625 inches and maximum thickness of 6 inches; match the actual crib label and instructions.
Explore this need in the finder →Can the Zoe crib be used without its attached changing table, or with the changer on either side?
Delta says the changer can be attached on the left or right and used as a standalone side table after the unit is converted to a full-size bed. The page-linked instructions warn never to use the crib without the changing table attached, so this is not a bare crib for its crib stage.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the reviewed Zoe sleep arrangement have maker-documented wheels?
The exact Zoe crib page and page-linked booklet do not document wheels for the full-size crib plan. Do not infer mobility from another Delta crib or from a separate furniture stage.
Explore this need in the finder →Delta Children’s Zoe is best understood as a full-size crib joined to a changing station and storage unit—not as a compact crib with a removable accessory. That distinction is both its main draw and its biggest fit constraint. The maker presents the Zoe as a five-stage system and highlights its integrated changer; its own page lists an assembled width of 72.75 inches, a depth of 30.75 inches and a height of 35 inches. These are manufacturer figures, not measurements I took. They describe the listed crib-and-changer arrangement, not the extra clearance a room, doorway or later conversion will need.
A large combined footprint with a specific use case
The attached changing table can be positioned to the left or right of the crib. Delta says it has a drawer, an open shelf and an included changing pad, and that the changer may later be detached and used as a side table when the crib is converted to a full-size bed. That flexibility can suit a layout where a parent wants changing and sleep furniture in one coordinated piece. It does not automatically save space: the maker’s listed 72.75-inch width is substantial, and the available page does not provide a separate “crib alone” width for an alternate crib-mode setup.
There is an important boundary in the page-linked instructions: they warn never to use the crib without the changing table attached. So this is not a good choice for someone who wants to remove the station for the crib stage, or who needs to reconfigure the crib as a standalone narrow bed. The maker’s small-nursery marketing is not a substitute for checking the actual footprint. Measure the full listed width and depth, then separately allow for the route into the room, nearby furniture, caregiver access and space to do each conversion.
What the five stages do—and do not—include
Delta names a full-size crib, toddler bed, daybed, sofa and full-size bed with headboard only. Those are sequential furniture arrangements, not five simultaneous sleeping modes or five crib sizes. Zoe is not documented as a mini crib, bassinet or midi crib. The page says the daybed/sofa conversion rail is included, but the toddler guardrail, Style W100725, is sold separately. For the headboard-only full-size-bed conversion, Delta lists a separate frame; its linked booklet identifies Style 0040. The adult-bed mattress is not established as included by the crib listing.
For the crib’s standard-size mattress, Delta says it is sold separately. The linked Booklet A gives fit limits of at least 27 1/4 by 51 5/8 inches and no more than 6 inches thick. The current page also offers an optional mattress selection, which should not be confused with the base crib package. The captured instructions are linked from the Zoe page and carry a printed 41917 R0 / March 30, 2021 identifier, but their cover leaves the Style, Lot and Date fields blank. The booklet itself tells the reader to compare the information with the label on the left crib end. Treat the page link as useful model-family evidence, not proof that a seller’s physical crib and manual have been checked; match the label and instructions for the actual unit.
Support positions and setup checks
The maker lists three mattress-support positions. The page-linked booklet says to lower the support to its lowest position once a child can pull to standing, and to stop crib use when the child begins climbing or reaches 35 inches in height, whichever comes first. It also sets a minimum 3-inch rail-over-mattress clearance when the support is at its highest position. These details belong to the supplied instructions; they are not a substitute for reading the actual booklet and label or following current professional advice.
The instructions also describe the changer as an attended surface: remain within arm’s reach, use the supplied pad and secure it with its strap. They state a maximum child weight of 30 pounds for changing-table use. The toddler-bed section says not to use that mode below 15 months and lists a 50-pound maximum. Those are maker-manual limits, not a reason to keep using a crib after its own stop conditions apply. The booklet is marked for adult assembly, and its crib safety section tells the owner to inspect hardware, joints and fasteners and not to substitute parts.
Where Zoe makes sense—and where it may not
Zoe is a considered option if an integrated changing surface and storage are essential, the assembled long-side footprint works in the intended room, and the household is willing to verify a separate mattress and later-stage hardware. It is less compelling for a buyer whose first constraint is a short crib frame, who wants a simpler standard crib, or who needs a crib configuration that can be used without the changer attached. The changing station can move to either side, but that does not reduce the listed total width.
Delta lists the product weight as 99.25 pounds and shipping dimensions as 34.30 by 9.40 by 55.20 inches at 110 pounds. Those numbers may help start a delivery-route check, but they do not tell you whether a particular stair, landing or doorway will work. No unit, delivery box or assembled Zoe was physically inspected for this review, and no assembly, safety or durability test was performed. The exact captured product record lists Grey W153160-026 as available and Bianca White W153160-130 as unavailable at that source snapshot; availability is not a current stock guarantee. The photo shown here is the manufacturer’s Grey variant image in full-size crib mode with the changer attached; its bedding and room props should not be treated as package contents.
Delta states that the product is GREENGUARD Gold certified and JPMA certified. Those are attributed maker claims; I did not inspect a certificate or laboratory report. A narrow SaferProducts.gov search on W153160 returned no records, but that query is not comprehensive recall clearance. Before buying or assembling, verify the exact finish SKU, crib-end label, manual revision, mattress fit and included/separate conversion parts with the seller and manufacturer.
